PVC based waterstops
The PVC water stops production process consists of melting and shaping mixtures obtained from Polyvinylchloride (PVC) resin, stabilizer, plasticizer, and antioxidant dyestuff, at suitable temperatures and pressure, in extruders. They are manufactured in conformity with TS 3078, ASTM, DIN, BS, DSI norms.
BATIMIX® Expanding Waterstop Series provide water impermeability in expansion-contraction (structure) joints seen in concrete structures exposed to high and low water pressure, preventing vibrations and deformations that would appear in concrete blocks.
BATIMIX® Expanding Waterstop Series products are used in the following structures:
Dams, hydroelectricity and thermal plants,
Ponds, irrigation canals, water treatment plants, water tanks, swimming pools,
Bridges, subway constructions, viaducts, retaining wall, docks, floor settled on ground or
foundations, industrial structure.
