Superplasticizers with improved slump retention for mortars and grouts
BATIMIX MSP-S Series products are liquid high-range water-reducing (superplasticizer) admixtures for mortars and grouts. Combined with selected chemicals, they improve the workability retention of mortars and grouts over time.
BATIMIX MSP-S Series products reduce the free-water content and improve the workability of mortar and grout mixes. They powerfully disperse, by electrostatic repulsion and adsorption, the fine cementitious particles in the mix. They increase the mix workability, thus allowing specified strength grades to be achieved with reduced cement content.
BATIMIX MSP-S Series products are particularly recommended for use in hot climates where delayed setting times are sought to allow sufficient time for delivery, placement, finishing operations, and the removal of formworks.
