Admixtures for Precast Manufacturing

A comprehensive range of products are offered precast manufacturers which are classified as follows:

Concrete production technology: Holderchem offers innovative solutions for the production of precast concrete, including products that enhance concrete workability, strength development and durability. It provides guidance for the production of precast elements using self-compacting concrete.

Precast elements repair: Suitable concrete repair materials for small non-structural cracks of less than 2 mm width or for structural cracks of more than 2 mm width, and materials to repair broken edges or achieve a desired texture are supplied. Epoxy based repair mortars to ensure safe structural concrete repairs, as well as leveling and resurfacing mortars to meet special aesthetic requirements are also supplied.

Bonding, installation of anchors, and grouting: Bonding agents ensure strong adhesion to different kinds of substrates are offered. These also help in the transmission of concrete strength. Anchoring adhesives are also available. Waterproofing, Protection and Sealing: Holderchem offers surface sealing and protection solutions with suitable membranes that also allow for the production of watertight concrete structures solely from precast concrete elements. Joints sealing is in the case of precast elements of particular importance. Injection products for fast efficient repair of leakages are also supplied. High performance hydrophobic impregnations to meet water ingress, freeze/thaw resistance, chloride and other requirements as well as anti-carbonation paints that also protect from water ingress and increase durability are also offered.
